Every release is produced in limited numbers through exclusive drops, ensuring originality and meaning behind every piece.

Each drop is available for a limited number of days only or even sooner if designated stock numbers are sold out! Once the drop ends: The website closes... Orders are locked in... Production begins... Pieces delivered. Once a drop is finished, it will not be restocked.

All X|X pieces are made to order after the drop ends. This allows us to control quality and maintain exclusivity.

X|X Production typically takes up to 10 working days after the drop ends. In some cases, production may take longer due to demand or quality control. All production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

XPSV pieces Standard Delivery is 3–5 working days X|X (Xtra Xclusive) drops are extremely Limited and made to order: X|X Shipping timelines begin once production is completed, not on the day you place your order. No. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Please double-check sizing and order details before checkout.

No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: • Your order number • Clear photos of the issue We will review the claim and provide a resolution if approved.

No. Once a drop ends or an item sells out, it will not be restocked.
