How do XPSV Drops work?

Each drop is available for a limited number of days only or even sooner if designated stock numbers are sold out!

Once the drop ends: The website closes... Orders are locked in... Production begins... Pieces delivered.

Once a drop is finished, it will not be restocked.

Are products made to order?

All X|X pieces are made to order after the drop ends. This allows us to control quality and maintain exclusivity.

How long does X|X production take?

X|X Production typically takes up to 10 working days after the drop ends.
In some cases, production may take longer due to demand or quality control.

All production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

How long does Shipping take?

XPSV pieces Standard Delivery is  3–5 working days

X|X (Xtra Xclusive) drops are extremely Limited and made to order:
X|X Shipping timelines begin once production is completed, not on the day you place your order.
Once production is complete:
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Please double-check sizing and order details before checkout.

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

No. All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
