At XPSV Lifestyle, we operate on an exclusive drop model. LIMITED STOCK FOR A LIMITED TIME!

 

DROP SCHEDULE

    •    Each drop is available for a limited number of days (or sooner if sold out)

    •    Once the drop ends, the website closes and orders are no longer accepted

    •    All orders are then processed together

 

This structure allows us to maintain quality, exclusivity, and consistency across every drop.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE (MADE TO ORDER)

All XPSV Lifestyle products are made to order once a drop ends.

    •    Production typically takes up to 10 working days

    •    In some cases, production may take longer due to demand, material availability, or quality control requirements

Disclaimer: Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur, and by placing an order you acknowledge and accept this process.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once production is complete:

    •    Orders are shipped and delivered within 3–5 working days (Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen delays)

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

 

Important Information

    •    Shipping timeframes begin after production is completed

    •    Working days exclude weekends and public holidays

    •    XPSV Lifestyle is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At XPSV Lifestyle, every piece is created with purpose, intention, and exclusivity. Due to the nature of our brand and production process, all sales are final.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased from XPSV Lifestyle.

This policy is in place because:

  • All products are released as exclusive limited drops

  • Many items are made to order

  • Once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked

Each order is produced specifically for you, making returns or exchanges impossible.

ORDER ACCURACY

Please review all product details and order information carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we take quality seriously.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Incorrect from what you ordered

Please contact us via any method on our CONTACT PAGE within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. XPSV Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in accordance with legal guidelines.
